Within Zeta Phi Beta, you will find a diverse assembly of women encompassing various ages and walks of life, all of whom have earned Baccalaureate, Masters, and professional degrees. Our membership embodies a wide spectrum of professions including Education Administration, Social Sciences, Corporate Management, Technological Services, and Finance. Zeta women are driven achievers, many of whom have set remarkable benchmarks of excellence in their chosen domains.
When evaluating potential members, we seek out women of versatility, driven by motivation and unwavering dedication to service. We seek out women of dynamism, known for their scholarly pursuits, impeccable reputations, and displays of talent and sophistication. We seek out exceptional women who will uphold the foundational personal and professional ideals of our sisterhood. Equally important, we seek out women enthusiastic about growth, individuals who have demonstrated their potential to contribute positively to both the chapter and the sorority as a whole.
While entry into Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. occurs exclusively by invitation, we actively encourage aspiring women currently pursuing or already holding a baccalaureate degree, and those with a track record of impactful community service, to reach out for further details. Women without degrees but interested in Zeta can explore our Auxiliary groups for additional insights.

Community Engagement
Zeta stands as a community-focused, action-driven entity. Recognized as a community leader, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority's Z-HOPE initiative has left a profound mark on over 1 million people worldwide! Our National Educational Foundation shines for its innovation and philanthropic endeavors, awarding numerous scholarships annually. For ineligible membership candidates, Zeta extends opportunities to mentor young girls of all ages and collaborate with like-minded women through the Amicae Auxiliary program.
Professional Advancement
Zeta opens its doors to exceptional women who've completed at least one baccalaureate degree but missed out on NPHC sorority membership during their undergrad years. Zeta Phi Beta Sorority furnishes leadership training via its Zeta Organizational Leadership program, Regional Leadership Conferences, State Leadership Conferences, and exclusive year-round initiatives.
